A
portrait of country girl designated as “Impressionable Age” is my project.
To
redo the portrait, the following approaches have been used:
1. Outlining
the portrait is the first step in the process (Tracing mechanism).
2. Choosing
materials (paper, pencils, colors, etc.) is second step.
3. Paper
size and color types are determined in this step.
4. The two primary colors (red and yellow), and
the third green color (secondary color) were chosen.
5. Different
line types and styles are implemented in this work.
The
reason why I decided to choose the popular colors is that most African flags
are derived from these three colors.
Ethiopia is the only African country that has never been colonized by
European colonizers. The first Ethiopian flag is composed of green, yellow, and
red. It is from this flag that other African nation’s flags are derived. It
also became the basis for the Pan African colors which signifies patriotism,
peace, and wealth.
