Cold Basement Table
This table is one of two in our basement that are made out of an old bowling alley floor, so they are very large and sturdy. I've had most of my materials set up down here for a few years now but I cleaned it up to make it all more accessible and neatly organized. On my left side I have all of my sketchbooks, reference books, paint and materials for digital art. On my right I have a box with all of my markers and one for pencil lead and erasers. then a slew of mugs set up to hold my pencils, pens and brushes among other utensils I use for art. Also on my right is my three containers for colored pencils. I have a bad habit of buying colors I like not realizing I already have two or three of them! Behind my desk I have a few other things that are not as commonly needed such as my large sketchbooks, canvases and projects that I have completed in the past. My main purpose for using this huge table is that all of my materials are an arm's length away no matter what I need. The biggest draw back is that it is typically cold all year round, but I can put up with that most of the time. I would love to have some drawers to store stuff in though. Also peep my take on an anime version of John Singleton Copley.
